1. This package is valid from 30 April 2024 until 31 December 2024.
2. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of health screening package at time of booking.
3. Service location:
a. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or
b. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or
c. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.
4. The package includes blood test and initial consultation, follow-up consultation and report analysis by a family doctor.
5. The package is only applicable to persons aged 45 or above.
6. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
7. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other product. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
8. The above package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
9. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
