Upgrade from Chest X-Ray to a Low-dose CT Lung Scan at the discounted price of HK$800.

1. Promotion period: from 12 June 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. The service is available for eligible patients who has any of the below personal or family medical backgrounds:
   1. With a family history of lung cancer; or
   2. Smokers (aged 50 or above); or
   3. Ex-smokers (quit smoking less than 15 years)
3. The service is only applicable to persons aged 18 or above.
4. The offer only applies to the following health screening packages:

7. The offer does not include doctor’s consultation fee.
8. The low-dose CT lung scan and other relevant diagnostic imaging will be performed at the Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
9. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other products. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
11. Discount of the above offer is provided to self-pay clients only; direct billing is not applicable.
