1. Promotion period: from now until 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Meningococcal B vaccination limited offer: Two doses: HK$3,380 / Three doses: HK$4,700 (Includes the first-time doctor’ s consultation and required vaccination fee)
3. The Meningococcal B vaccination is only applicable to people aged 2 months and above. Persons aged below 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take the vaccine.
4. 2 to 5 month-old infants should take three injections: the first and second doses should be administrated with an interval of at least 2 months; followed by a booster dose at the age between 12 months and 15 months, at least 6 months after the second dose.
5. 6 to 11 month-old infants should take three injections: the first and second doses should be administrated with an interval of at least 2 months; followed by a booster dose at the age between 13 months and 23 months, at least 2 months after the second dose.
6. 12 to 23 month-old child should take three injections: the first and second doses should be administrated with an interval of at least 2 months; followed by a booster dose 12 to 23 months after the second dose.
7. Persons aged 2 or above should take two injections: the first and second doses should be administrated with an interval of at least 1 month.
8. Members are suggested to consult the doctor prior to receiving the Meningococcal B vaccination.

12. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
13. Payment must be made with any Citi credit card to enjoy the offer.
14. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The Offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
15. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
