2. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination fee includes doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccine.

4. Vaccination service is provided at:
   1. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or
   2. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or
   3. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.
5. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination is recommended for persons: 
   1. Pregnant women in weeks 32 to 36 of pregnancy;
   2. Aged 60 or above, especially those with chronic diseases.
6. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer.
7. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
9. Discounts of the above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
10. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
