1. Offer period: from 13 June 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive). 
2. Vaccine packages:
   1. Diphtheria (reduced dose), Tetanus, acellular Pertussis (reduced dose) and Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (dTap-IPV) (4-in-1) : HK$1,350 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination) ;
   2. Diphtheria (reduced dose), Tetanus, acellular Pertussis (reduced dose) Vaccine (dTap) (3-in-1) : HK$1,290 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one dose of vaccination).
3. The package is applicable to children aged 4 years old or above and adults, and the suitability of the vaccine will be determined by doctor upon assessment. Patients aged 17 or below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take the vaccine.
4. Advance booking is required. Please specify the vaccination programme at the time of booking.

7. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer.
8. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
10. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
